Booking Fee: Due to the strictly limited number of appointments in our studio, a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the total order value is required to confirm a reservation. This fee secures the exclusive time of our artisan duo entirely for you.

Final Payment and No Payment on Collection: The final balance (minus the booking fee) must be settled on the day of the session – via cash, bank transfer, or card payment. There is no option to defer payment until the artwork is collected.

Suspension of Work: Due to the high cost of casting materials, failure to pay the full amount on the day of the session will result in the suspension of work on the sculpture. The studio will not proceed with pouring the mold until the payment is settled.

Rescheduling: A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed date. In documented cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., accident, sudden hospitalization), we allow the booking fee to be transferred to another date.

No-show: Failure to appear for a session without prior notice will result in the total forfeiture of the booking fee.

Materials: We exclusively use dermatologically tested, certified medical-grade materials (used, among others, in dental prosthetics).

Patch Test: Before starting the session, we conduct a mandatory local patch test using the casting preparations. If a clear allergic reaction occurs that prevents the session, the studio will withdraw from providing the service and refund the booking fee.

The specific nature of the craft requires your cooperation. The client commits to:

• Hydration: Increased water intake is recommended for at least 3 days prior to the session.
• Skin Moisturization: Applying highly moisturizing or emollient lotions to the area to be cast for 3 days before the session and 2 days after.
• Direct Protection: Immediately before the session, the skin will be lubricated with baby oil (Johnson's brand). In case of an allergy, please bring your own moisturizing cream.

The nature of the materials we work with (alginate, gypsum) can cause permanent damage to fabrics. We protect the client as much as possible using professional covers, but the risk exists. The client is requested to prepare a change of clothes. The studio bears no responsibility for damage or stains to personal clothing, jewelry, or watches.

Time and Position: The process takes about 30 to 40 minutes. It is necessary to remain still in the agreed pose. Any movement carries a risk of an unfavorable change to the mold.

Temperature: During the setting of the gypsum, a natural chemical reaction occurs that releases heat – this is safe for your health.

Assistance: A professional technician duo (a married couple) participates in the session. We provide cold beverages. The client has the right to bring one accompanying person.

Mold Removal & Epilation: Please be informed that removing the set mold may involve localized hair removal (epilation). We recommend hair removal in the treatment area the day before to reduce discomfort.

Facial Casts: To ensure absolute protection of eyebrows and eyelashes, we apply a thick layer of medical petroleum jelly as a safe protective barrier.

Sessions involving nudes or semi-nudes are performed strictly on adults (18+). Casts of minors (e.g., hand casts) take place exclusively in the continuous presence of a legal guardian, who must provide written consent on-site.

If a client arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves aggressively or inappropriately, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the session without refund.

To protect both parties and prevent potential false accusations, the session is recorded as an AUDIO-only file. This recording is confidential and stored on an encrypted drive for a period of 1 year.

Lead Time: The sculpture will be ready within 4 weeks. Due to fragility, we do not use courier shipping – personal collection is required.

Storage: The client is obliged to collect the artwork within 3 months. After 3 months, an uncollected sculpture becomes the property of the studio.

Liability: Upon handover, the client signs a collection protocol and bears full responsibility for any subsequent mechanical damage.

Craft Characteristics: Small air bubbles or asymmetries result from the nature of the material and anatomy; they are not product defects.

Maintenance: Sculptures are protected with acrylic varnish. Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth (water only).

Privacy: Every session is confidential. Client data is not disclosed in the portfolio.

Copyright: The sculpture is for personal use only. The studio reserves the right to present photographs of the work in its portfolio.
